  In our opinion: While Ideal's work was far from satisfactory, their attitude was even worse. The mistakes they made were obvious, but once these mistakes were pointed out to them, they came up with a long list of excuses and then, after long arguments, apologies and, finally, the necessary corrections.
  
  We had to spend a lot of unnecessary effort getting them to do what they were supposed to do in the first place.
  
  The experience can best be described as similar to a tooth ache. You can do a lot better.
